preventing our platform from being used to facilitate human trafficking or exploitation
cooperating fully with law enforcement investigations
training our staff to recognize and report signs of trafficking
maintaining robust verification processes for all content creators
removing any content that may be connected to trafficking or exploitation

2. verification measures

to prevent trafficking and exploitation, we implement the following verification measures:

mandatory age verification for all content creators using government-issued identification
identity verification to ensure creators are who they claim to be
ongoing monitoring of content for signs of coercion or exploitation
verification that creators maintain control of their own accounts

3. prohibited activities

the following activities are strictly prohibited on stanme:

any content involving human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation
content depicting individuals who have not provided verifiable consent
content involving minors in any capacity
content that appears to involve coercion or lack of consent
recruiting or advertising for trafficking purposes
any activity that facilitates or promotes exploitation

5. cooperation with law enforcement

stanme cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating human trafficking and exploitation. we will provide requested information and evidence to authorized agencies in accordance with applicable law, and we will preserve evidence when notified of an investigation.

6. staff training

all stanme staff members who interact with user content or handle reports receive training on recognizing signs of human trafficking and exploitation. this training is updated regularly to reflect current best practices and emerging trends.

7. consequences of violations

any user found to be involved in human trafficking, exploitation, or related activities will face:

immediate and permanent account termination
reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies
preservation and disclosure of account information to authorities
forfeiture of any earnings or funds held on the platform
