we take all complaints seriously.
this policy outlines how to report content concerns, file complaints, and appeal decisions made by stanme.
1. how to file a complaint
if you would like to make a complaint about content on stanme, including content that may be illegal or violates our standards, contact us via email at:

upon receiving your complaint, we will:
- acknowledge receipt of your complaint
- review all reported content thoroughly
- investigate the matter within five (5) business days
- communicate the outcome of our investigation to you
3. resolution timeline
all complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days.
outcomes of any investigations or reviews will be communicated to the complainant via email.
4. potential outcomes
following our investigation, possible outcomes include:
- content removal if found to violate our standards or applicable law
- account suspension or termination for serious violations
- warning issued to the content creator
- no action if content is found to be compliant
- referral to law enforcement if illegal activity is suspected
5. appeals process
if you disagree with a decision made by stanme, you have the right to appeal. appeals or requests for reconsideration should be submitted to:
please include "appeal" in your email subject line along with relevant details about the original decision.
6. content removal for depicted persons
any person depicted in content on stanme has the right to appeal for removal of such content.
if you are depicted in content and did not provide consent, or your consent was obtained under invalid circumstances, contact us immediately at hey@stan.me.
content will be removed if our investigation determines that proper consent was not given or is void under applicable law.
7. neutral dispute resolution
if there is a disagreement regarding an appeal decision, we maintain a process to allow such disagreements to be resolved by a neutral body. contact us for more information about this process.
