content provider agreement

important agreement for all creators.

by uploading content to stanme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. this agreement is binding and required for all content providers on our platform.

1. prohibited activities

as a content provider, you must not engage in any activity that is illegal or violates our standards, including but not limited to:

  • uploading content depicting minors in any context
  • non-consensual content of any kind
  • content that violates intellectual property rights
  • content promoting illegal activities
  • content depicting extreme violence or harm
  • any content that violates applicable laws

2. consent requirements

you are required to obtain and maintain written consent from all persons depicted in your content. this consent must specifically cover:

  • consent to be depicted: explicit agreement to appear in the content
  • consent for distribution: agreement to allow public distribution of the content and uploading to stanme
  • consent for downloading: if content will be downloadable by users, specific consent for this must be obtained

3. age verification requirements

you must verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in your content to ensure that:

all persons depicted are adults (18 years of age or older).

you must maintain supporting documentation (such as government-issued id) and be able to provide these documents upon request by stanme.

4. record keeping

as a content provider, you are responsible for:

  • maintaining accurate records of all consent documentation
  • keeping age verification records for all depicted persons
  • retaining these records for the duration your content remains on the platform
  • providing documentation to stanme upon request within 48 hours

5. content removal obligations

you understand and agree that stanme may remove your content if:

  • consent documentation cannot be provided upon request
  • age verification records are incomplete or invalid
  • a person depicted in the content requests removal
  • the content violates any of our standards or applicable laws
  • we receive a valid complaint regarding the content

6. your representations

by uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age
  • you have obtained all necessary consents as described above
  • all persons depicted in your content are adults
  • you own or have rights to all content you upload
  • your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. indemnification

you agree to indemnify and hold stanme harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this agreement, including failure to obtain proper consents or age verification.

8. acceptance of agreement

by creating a creator account on stanme and uploading any content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this content provider agreement.

continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.
