is stanme free to use?

yes! creating an account and following creators is completely free. only becoming a creator requires a $4.99/month platform subscription.

how do i reset my password?

click "forgot password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

how do i become a creator?

navigate to "become creator", complete age and identity verification, then set up your paxum payout method. you'll then have access to all creator features.

why does becoming a creator cost $4.99/month?

this covers platform costs and ensures serious creators. it includes video hosting, payment processing, analytics, and priority support.

what can i do as a creator?

upload videos, create premium content, set subscription prices, sell shop items, offer custom services, receive tips, and earn money from your content.

how do i set up payouts?

we use paxum for creator payouts. in your payout settings, you can choose between paxum wallet (just your paxum email), paxum bank transfer, or direct uk/eu bank transfer.

what type of content can i post?

you can post text, images (up to 6 per post), and videos. all content must comply with our community guidelines and terms of service.

can i upload videos?

only creators can upload videos. we automatically encode videos in multiple qualities with adaptive streaming for the best viewing experience.

what is premium content?

premium content is only visible to your subscribers. you can mark any post as premium when creating it.

can i post nsfw content?

yes, but it must be properly marked as nsfw. users must verify they're 18+ to view adult content.

how do i edit or delete posts?

click the "..." menu on your posts to edit or delete them. note that deleting posts is permanent.

how do subscriptions work?

creators set monthly subscription prices. when you subscribe, you get access to their premium content and automatically follow them.

what's the difference between following and subscribing?

following is free and shows their public posts in your feed. subscribing costs money but gives access to premium content and supports the creator.

can i cancel my subscription anytime?

yes! go to payments in your settings to manage all subscriptions. you'll keep access until the current billing period ends.

how do i set my subscription price as a creator?

edit your profile and set your monthly subscription price. you can change this anytime, but new prices only apply to new subscribers.

how do i get paid as a creator?

set up your paxum payout method in payout settings. earnings from subscriptions, tips, and sales are tracked on your earnings dashboard — request a payout whenever you reach the minimum amount.

what are the platform fees?

when will i receive my earnings?

request a payout from your earnings dashboard. paxum wallet transfers typically arrive within 1 business day, and bank transfers within 2-5 business days.

how do tips work?

fans can tip $2-$999.99 on any post with an optional message. creators receive the full amount minus payment processing fees.

can i add multiple payment methods?

yes! manage your payment methods in settings. you can add multiple cards and set a default for subscriptions.

what can creators sell in their shop?

digital downloads like photos, videos, audio files, or digital art. items are delivered instantly via private message after purchase.

how do custom orders work?

creators can offer personalized content services. fans place orders with requirements, pay upfront, and creators deliver custom content via messages.

how do i download purchased items?

check your messages after purchase. the creator's system will automatically send you download links for digital items.

can i get refunds on purchases?

contact support at hey@stan.me for refund requests. each case is reviewed individually based on our refund policy.

can i message creators directly?

yes! use the dms feature to send private messages to creators. some creators may require a subscription for messaging.

how do i know if i have new messages?

you'll see notification badges on the messages icon and receive push notifications if enabled in your settings.

are tip messages private?

yes! when you tip with a message, only you and the creator can see it. it appears in your private conversation.

is my payment information secure?

yes! we use ccbill for payment processing with industry-standard encryption. we never store your full payment details on our servers.

how do i verify my age for nsfw content?

when you first try to view adult content, you'll be prompted to enter your date of birth. this is stored securely and only used for age verification.

can i block other users?

yes! go to settings > blocked users to manage your block list. blocked users cannot see your content or message you.

how do i delete my account?

contact support at hey@stan.me to request account deletion. note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

what if i see inappropriate content?

report content that violates our guidelines using the report button. our moderation team reviews all reports quickly.

my video won't upload, what should i do?

ensure your video is under the size limit and in a supported format (mp4, mov, avi). check your internet connection and try again.

why are my images compressed?

we automatically compress images to improve loading speeds while maintaining quality. this helps provide a better experience for all users.
