all content appearing on stanme (stan.me) is provided by third-party content providers (creators) who are solely responsible for their own content. stanme is not the primary or secondary producer of any visual content found on this website.
1. operator information
this website is operated by PROFECTUS MANAGEMENT LIMITED, a company registered in the united kingdom.
2. basis for exemption
stanme qualifies for the exemption under 18 u.s.c. § 2257 and 28 c.f.r. § 75.9 because:
- stanme does not produce any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct
- all content is user-generated and uploaded by independent third-party content providers (creators)
- stanme functions solely as a platform for hosting and distributing content created by its users
- stanme is not the primary or secondary producer of any content on the platform
3. content provider obligations
all content providers (creators) on stanme are required to:
- verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in their content, ensuring all depicted persons are at least 18 years of age
- maintain records of age verification documentation (such as government-issued id) for all depicted persons
- obtain and maintain written consent from all persons depicted in their content
- comply with all applicable record-keeping requirements under 18 u.s.c. § 2257 as the primary producer of their content
- provide documentation to stanme upon request within 48 hours

4. platform safeguards
while stanme is exempt from record-keeping requirements as a non-producer, we maintain the following safeguards:
- all users must be at least 18 years of age to access the platform
- age verification is required during account registration
- all content is subject to review and moderation
- content depicting minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account termination
- we cooperate fully with law enforcement regarding any suspected illegal content
5. reporting concerns
if you believe any content on stanme violates 18 u.s.c. § 2257 or depicts minors, please report it immediately to hey@stan.me.
we take all such reports extremely seriously and will investigate promptly. content found to be in violation will be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.
